Borland® StarTeam® Integrations
Thank you for your interest in the StarTeam integrations.
StarTeam integrates with many third-party applications to leverage existing customer investments in different development tools. Integrations available for download from this page are compatible with StarTeam release versions 2005 Release 2 and 2006.
Daylight Saving Time:
- StarTeam 2006 integrations (indicated by a Build Number of 9.x) each install Sun JRE 1.5.0_09, which complies with U.S. DST changes effective March 11, 2007.
- Several 2005 (7.x) and 2005 R2 (8.x) integrations below are not DST compliant. For each of those integrations installed on a Windows operating system, users must run the StarTeam DST patch to update them to Sun JRE 1.5.0_09. For the other integrations, you should check the Borland_StarTeam_Changes_for_DST.pdf. The following links lead to the patches and instructions for StarTeam 2005 and StarTeam 2005 R2.
Integrations for Borland ALM products, SilkCentral Test Manager, CaliberRM 2006, and Together, are included with those products and provided as part of the default installation.
JBuilder, Delphi and C++BuilderX embedded client integration is available as part of the default installation for those products.

Activity Synchronization for Mercury TestDirector for Quality Center
The StarTeam Synchronizer for TestDirector for Quality Center provides a mechanism to allow the submittal and management of defects in Mercury TestDirector to be kept in synchronization with corresponding activities managed in StarTeam. This allows the development team to manage work in their development environment while the test team manages the corresponding work in their testing environment.
The StarTeam Synchronizer for TestDirector for Quality Center is a separately purchased Borland product. To obtain a copy for evaluation, contact your Borland Sales representative.
